EasyPak offers eight packaging packages for orders from 10,000 pieces per design: shipping cartons, e-commerce mailers, retail cartons, premium rigid boxes, food and beverage packaging, protective packaging, and plastic packaging for retail shops and for manufacturing.

A lot of the calls we get open with "how much for a box?" Fair question, but we can't answer it until we know the size, the board, the print and the quantity. So here are the orders we quote most, written up as packages. Each one lists what you get, what we need from you, and what you can bolt on. If yours doesn't fit any of them, we'll quote it on its own.

Each package fixes what is included. Your written quote then fixes the price, because board, print and quantity move it more than anything else.

Shipping carton package

For manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers moving goods between sites, to stores or to customers.

Included as standard

  • Corrugated shipping box cut to your dimensions
  • Single or double wall, chosen for the weight and the journey
  • Your logo and handling marks printed on the outside
  • Dieline prepared and checked for you

To quote it, we need

  1. Inside dimensions, or the size of what goes in
  2. Weight of a full box
  3. How it travels: pallet, courier or export
  4. Your logo or artwork file
  5. Quantity per design and how often you reorder
  6. Delivery address and the date you need it

  • Full-surface print

E-commerce mailer package

For online retailers and subscription brands posting straight to the customer's door.

Included as standard

  • Die-cut mailer box sized to your product
  • Full-colour print on the outside
  • Strong enough for courier networks, light enough to keep postage down
  • Dieline and print-ready files checked for you

Retail carton package

For products sold on a shelf, such as cosmetics, health and pharmaceutical lines, electronics and packaged goods.

Included as standard

  • Folding carton die-cut to your product
  • Full-colour print with matt or gloss lamination
  • Room planned for barcodes and the information you must show
  • Dieline and print-ready files checked for you

To quote it, we need

  1. Product dimensions, or a sample unit
  2. How you want it to open and close
  3. The text, barcodes and symbols that must appear on pack
  4. Your artwork, or a design brief
  5. Quantity per design and per variant
  6. Delivery address and launch date

Premium rigid box package

For gift lines, premium launches and corporate gifting, where the box is part of the product.

  • Rigid box in lift-off lid, drawer or magnetic-close style
  • Printed or textured wrap in your brand colours
  • Insert fitted to hold the product in place
  • 3D mockup before the physical sample

For electronics, engineering, logistics and anyone shipping goods that cannot arrive damaged.

  • Right-sized heavy-duty outer that stacks and stores well
  • A sample you can drop-test before you commit

  3. How it travels and how often it is handled
  4. What damage you see today, if any

Retail plastic packaging package

For shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and retail chains that hand customers a bag or pack at the till.

Included as standard

  • Printed carrier bags or product bags in the sizes you use
  • Film thickness chosen for what the bag has to carry
  • Recycled-content and recyclable film offered first
  • Spec checked against the EU packaging rules in force since 12 August 2026

  3. Handle style, if it is a carrier bag

Manufacturing plastic packaging package

For manufacturers, packers and warehouses that bag, wrap or cover product on the line and for transit.

Included as standard

  • Polythene bags, liners or sheeting made to your sizes
  • Stretch or shrink film matched to hand wrapping or your machines
  • Thickness specified for the load, not guessed
  • Samples for a trial on your line before the full order

  1. What you are bagging or wrapping, its size and weight
  2. By hand or by machine, and the machine make and model
  3. Roll width and core size, if you use film
  4. Any food-contact or other special requirement

Doesn't fit a package? We quote it from scratch

The packages cover the orders we see most. Plenty of good work sits outside them, and that is fine. Send us the brief and we will put together a custom quotation instead.

The 48 hours starts once we have your full specifications. Missing details are what slow a quote down, so here is everything we usually ask for, in one place.

From package to pallet in four steps

Design and quote

You get the recommended spec and a written quote within 48 hours of your full specifications.

Sample and approve

We make a physical sample. Nothing goes into production until you sign it off.

Produce and deliver

Your run is made to order and delivered across the EU, from around 15 days after artwork sign-off.

FAQ

Common questions about the packages

Do the packages have fixed prices?

No. Each package fixes what is included, and your written quote fixes the price. Board, print and quantity change the cost more than anything else, so we price every order to your specification, within 48 hours of receiving your full specifications.

What is the minimum order for a package?

10,000 pieces per design. The same minimum applies to every package and to custom quotations, and the price per piece improves as quantities grow.

Can I change a package or combine two?

Yes. The packages are starting points, not fixed menus. Change the board, add a finish, or combine two, such as retail cartons packed inside shipping cartons, and we quote the combined spec as one order.

What if my packaging doesn't fit any of the packages?

Send us the brief anyway. We prepare a custom quotation for formats, materials and programmes the packages don't cover, as long as the order starts at 10,000 pieces per design.

Do you hold stock?

No. EasyPak holds no stock and makes everything to order, which is why every package is built and sampled to your specification before the full run.
