What is the difference between a flute and a liner?
The flute is the wavy middle layer of corrugated board. The liners are the flat paper sheets glued to either side of it. Together they make the board light and strong.
What does per design mean in packaging?
One combination of size, structure and print. Each different size or print is a separate design, and at EasyPak each design starts at 10,000 pieces.
What is a dieline?
The flat drawing of a box showing every cut, fold and glue area. Artwork is laid out on the dieline before printing, and we prepare and check it for you.
